How long will my item take to deliver?
Once you have purchased your item from Jewellery by Vanya, I will send a confirmation email. I will then send the item within 3 working days. Delivery methods and times are as follows:
UK: First Class Recorded Delivery (1-2 days)
Europe: Standard Airmail (3 working days)
Worldwide: Standard Airmail (5 working days)
Please note these are guidelines only. Other delivery services can be arranged if you prefer.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
All purchases will arrive in a recycled kraft box, tied with ivory grosgrain ribbon and slipped inside a beautiful floral drawstring pouch, making a special treat for yourself or a friend.
How do I pay for the items?
I gladly accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. You no longer need to set up an account with PayPal to purchase my jewellery online but if you already have an account please feel free to use it.
How secure is this store?
PayPal automatically verifies that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).
What is your returns policy?
Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund excluding shipping. The item must be returned unused and packaged carefully so as not to damage in transit, recorded delivery is advised as I cannot be held responsible for lost goods. All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Will you take custom orders or do alterations?
Yes, if you like my style but can’t find what you’re looking for please contact me with ideas. Nearly everything I design can be altered to your specific requirements so please let me know (before you buy) if you would like something to be made in a different colour or length etc.
